SageTea Enterprise Developer Support

SageTea Enterprise Developer Support is available to qualified Channel Partners. Channel Partners using this service are required to achieve SageTea Certification Level 1 within 90 days of ordering this service.

This service is designed to to support independent software developers and dev ops teams in the rollout of SageTea Applications. This includes support for logic and deep coding tasks with dedicated assistance from SageTea.

This service is included with SageTea Low Code Infrastructure as a Service Enterprise (SLCIaaS Enterprise).

Service includes:
• SageTea Developer Certification Level 2
• Software Development Support
• 35 hours – scope includes any bug fixes, tweaks, special builds, implementing web services, custom code and Smart Parts in support client engagement
