How does SageTea’s pricing work?

SageTea pricing is meant to be simple. For example, you can buy the base Office Manager product for $60 a month. This comes with 5 users. Every additional user is $10 per month. All of our products follow this same model.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Sagetea with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly payments must be paid for by credit card.

We need to change the number of people in our team?

You’ll be able to add or remove team members at any time, simply by upgrading to a business subscription. Once you have updated the number of members in your team, the change will take effect immediately, and a charge or credit will be applied to your account.

How secure is SageTea?

SageTea has tailor-made security levels for all types of clients. We meet Canadian government standards for document retention and are hosted in Canada through BriteSky. We use the latest SSL encryption standards on our Apache-based Linux servers. Customers can be confident that their data is not being shared with anyone else.

Should I upgrade my organization or my team?

Upgrade your entire Organization if you want administrators for your company and business package features for all Teams. Upgrade just one Team if you want to add more Guests to that Team, want per-project permissions in that Team, or the option to hide that Team from other organization members.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes. As of February 2019, we will apply federal and provincial sales tax based on your billing address to your total charge.

How do I cancel my SageTea subscription or trial?

It’s easy to cancel your subscription. To cancel a paid plan, log in to the SageTea.ai account you wish to cancel, click your profile photo from the right of the top bar, select Admin console, navigate to the Billing tab, and then select Cancel Plan. Only a billing owner of a paid account may cancel a paid plan. To cancel a trial, You don’t have to do anything. Your 14-day trial period will be canceled automatically and you will receive a notification email if you would like to renew to a paid subscription plan. Your account will not be charged. After canceling, when you reach your plan renewal or trial expiration date.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
